If you can only connect to either the left or the right earbud but not both, follow the instructions below:
Make sure that both earbuds are charged and remove Urbanears Boo from your device’s Bluetooth menu.
- Put both earbuds in the case and keep the lid open.
- Triple press the button on the case and the LED indicator blinks green.
- The LED blinks blue when the earbuds are coupled and are ready for pairing.
