If you are unable to pair your headset with a Bluetooth enabled sound source, try moving the devices closer to each other and away from any interference or obstructions.
Make sure the headphones is not already connected to a different sound source. Alternatively, attempt to disable and then enable the Bluetooth communication on your sound source.
