If you experience no sound from your headset, ensure that the headset is charged and switched on.
Also be sure that the Bluetooth connection is enabled and confirmed, and that the sound source is playing.
If you are experiencing poor sound quality, try moving your sound source closer to the headset and/or move away from any interference or obstructions.
