In the rare case that your speaker is not responding due to a software problem, you can do the following:
- Unplug your speaker from the wall socket.
- Wait for 15 seconds, then plug it in again.
- Wait for the speaker to start up.
If your speaker is still not responding after start-up is completed:
- Reset your speaker to its factory state
- Redo the initial setup
