If your speaker is on but you can’t hear any sound, make sure that:
- The volume is not too low or muted on your sound source and speaker.
- The correct audio source is connected
- The intended sound source is connected
- Your speaker is connected to a Wi-Fi network when playing via Spotify, Airplay or Chromecast built-in
