If your speaker is not visible in the Urbanears Connected app, please make sure that:
- Your speaker has finished starting up. During start-up, both SOLO and MULTI indicators are lit.
- The mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your speaker.
If your speaker is still not showing up in the Urbanears Connected app, put your speaker in setup mode manually.
