If there is a problem with the mic and remote, there are a few troubleshooting tips we advise you try to resolve the issue.
Firstly, please check that the socket(s) that you connect your headphone jack to the device are clear of any dirt or debris, as this could prevent clear communication between the two devices and the remote. Also ensure the headphone jack is properly inserted into your sound source.
If you are using an iPhone, it is also helpful to test the headphones with a different iPhone device or sound source. This will allow you to determine if the issue is with the headphones or the issue is with the headphones and your device/sound source.
